Beachside is just over an hour's drive from the M5 - route 1 is usually quicker than route 2 except at peak times and Saturdays when Barnstaple may be congested. The nearest Bus Station is in Ilfracombe and the nearest Railway Station is in Barnstaple.

Leave M5 at J27 and take  A361 to Barnstaple

Route 1
Continue through Ilfracombe towards Combe Martin for about 1 mile,
then turn left into Beachside 100 yards past the Hele Bay Hotel.

Route 2

Take A399 off of A361 to Combe Martin
Approximately 3 miles after Combe Martin, just past the Ilfracombe golf club see signs for beachside, this is a tight right hand turn

You are advised to pass the entrance to Beachside
and turn  to approach from the other direction
